6. Data Security

Clearcore takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Our security measures include encrypted data storage, access controls, secure communication channels, and staff training.

8. Anonymity

Where practicable, you may interact with Clearcore anonymously or using a pseudonym — for example, when making a general website enquiry. However, providing a service engagement or intelligence product generally requires us to know who we are dealing with.

9. Retention and Destruction

Clearcore retains personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.
